App vortex is a paid software as a service tool, that allows anyone to easily run applications on devices with some restrictions, this software costs a low price of $10/key, one key works on 1 user account, keys are untransferrable once redeemed/used

On your keyboard press Windows key and R to open the run dialog, in that type "powershell" and press enter
